Unfortunately, the RAID controller is most likely not working with the self booting version of HDClone. Only some RAID controllers that can be operated in plain IDE or S-ATA mode can be accessed by HDClone, but if there's no way of switching their operation mode, you're out of luck -- mostly. If you can manage to create a bootable Windows XP CD (Look for BartPE), you can add HDClone to this bootable CD and then have the Windows Version of HDClone booted from a CD, with all the Windows drivers.
