HDClone - Creating custom bootable medium

Post by Mathieu Provencher - OPEQ » Wed Aug 13, 2008 5:12 pm

Greetings.

I would like to know if its possible to create bootable medium for HDClone with option already enable or disable.

I want a bootabable medium with the option of smartcopy (on) by defaulth and saferescue (off) by defaulth so i dont have to change it everytime i boot up with the medium to clone a drive. (I use one machine to clone all the drive)

Thank you.

At the current situation it is not possible to specify HDclone options during bootup. It is only possible to specify which drivers are loaded by pressing a key during bootup, but not automatically fix this by altering the bootimage. This last would be possible though, but is not implemented (yet).

What you require is something else, which in short term won't be available, but in middle term is surely an option.
