Good Morning,

Seeking a little assistance with this software.

This issue has been going on for about a year now. Most newer computers we purchase have this problem. When we boot this media, the computers drive does not appear in the list to select. The USB bootable Media is the only thing present.

Any Ideas what causes this?

Just a follow up.

I did some further testing. I upgraded version 7 to 7.2.1 (latest release for version 7). The issue continued for all NVMe drives. The manual states that these are supported however they do not show up at all.

I removed version 7.2.1 and upgraded to HD CloneX Free version.

With this version they are available.

Can anyone explain why this is working on this version and not previous version? I suppose I will purchase a new license so this product will work for me but I still not know why.

There is an explanation: More and more modern computer with NVMe use new methods to access the SSDs or NVMe.

These were not available in HDClone 7 yet, but were added in the newer versions of HDClone.
