Hi
I tried to make a smartImage of a HD to another one but I always experience a warning that the source and destination differ around 12.367 sectors.
Do I need to pay attention to anything in particular?

This *can* happen if you make a clone or image under Windows, and Windows is modifying some files while the copy is in progress.
Usually, the VSS (Volume Shadow Service) should take care of it, but some temporary files are exempt from this, so they show up as modified.

Currently, HDClone does not show the file names of the affected sectors (as mapping the sector numbers back to file names is a very time consuming process. Mapping files to sector numbers on the other hand is very quick, as this is the normal operation).
When doing the backwards mapping from hand, in our cases it always only affected temporary files.

Currently, the only way to be sure to have no differences is using the self-booting version of HDClone.
