Yours software do not refresh screen. Software working but screen stuck.

There you can upload log files etc.

In this case, please make a log file after the screen is stuck. You can make a log file:
- by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F12 (if that key is not used by another application, e.g. the intel graphics driver)
- or by selecting the wrench symbol in the bottom right and then "Save Log files".

Done!

This refresh problem depends on the application you are running. Using the newer applications on the front screen, this shouldn’t happen.
