I created an image from a 70GB HD, installed a new 500GB HD and have justed restored the image to the new new 500GB HD, now the software tells me it is doing a Media Adjustment, how long should this process take? It has been sitting at this point for well over 3 hours. Not sure if the software has crashed or is just taking a long time to complete this process.

This should only take a few seconds, if it takes longer, it's probably an error in the program. A new version is being prepared that fixes an issue with the media adjustment, it should be out shortly.
