HDClone Pro won't recognize ane USB, CD drives.

Post by tmohn » Tue Mar 10, 2009 7:09 pm

I am using a Dell Latitude D810 lap top with TSSTcorp CDRW/DVD TSL462C drive and attempting
to create a bootable CD.

The HDCLone software does not "see" any drives nor USB flash drives.

The drives all work fine with other applications.

Any help?

Please specify the Operating System you're using, and which version/edition of the Operating System. This might be the cause you're unable to list the available CD drives and USB flash drives.

You can still create a bootable CD: simply use the ISO file in the program package and use your favorite CD burning application, select something like 'burn ISO image' and you're done.
