BOOT HD CLONE FREE EDITION FROM FOLDER

I'm making my own bootable utility cd for times of emergency. I'm putting various utilities in separate folders to keep it all neat etc, and eventually ill tie it into a menu system.
I was wondering is it possible to run HD CLONE free edition from a folder, like an executable file. I want to be able to select HD CLONE from a menu, and then run it.
Or is this not possible? Many thanks. RYO
