I've tried to run this application on four laptops (systems range from 8 years old to 6 months old). Error 5002 occurs on all of them.

I followed the troubleshooting steps in the manual.

I also downloaded the distribution file again and started over on another machine.

Is there anything else that I can try?

Error 5002 is usually due to a defective floppy disk. Please recreate the disk or
use another floppy.

Thanks for your post.

I tried all of the troubleshooting steps in the manual (different floppy disks, different floppy drives, multiple re-imaging of floppies).

I don't know what else to try.
