About NTFS Support: this will be available in one of the next versions, I hope we get it before the 3rd Quarter of '09, but one never knows what problems still arise. The only major problem which remains is with very old and heavily used NTFS-Installations, where it's still not safe writing to.
As for Ethernet? I'm not quite sure what the requirements are: With the Stand Alone Version no Network support is planned yet (as there's only limited Network Adapter Support so far), and on Top the entire network setup (together with SMB/CIFS, Authentication etc.) would require a lot of configuration for HDClone to get even started. The Windows Version already can store images to network shares, but for the Stand Alone Version, after Startup, you'd have to tell HDClone in which net you are (might be done by DHCP, but also not always), then you might have to select the servers you want access to, you'd have to log on to SMB Domains, authenticate yourself, etc. , which is not really done in one or two settings (apart from the entire program code yet to be written to do the aforementioned things).
