boot usb symobi ext hdd usb readonly

Hello,

i an new here. so i was every where.
ok,

when booting from hddclonme usb to symobi my external 2x 4tb disk formatted ntfs are the first time read and writable. But the second pc which i need to backup the disks are readonly. and i cannot make an backup.
the second question
my ds224j has enough space but hddclone is giving me an error nog enough space to put 100 gb in here.

network backup not working good and to an external hdd als strange errors.
my usb is activated. paid program version X i believe

This is probably something for the support, as log files from HDClone are needed to investigate the problem.

Log files are created by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F12, and they are ideally then created, when you encounter the problem, e.g. you want to make an image, and select the target disk, and then HDClone says it cannot write because of reason 1 or reason 2... *THEN* create the log file, as the log file will then contain information about what went wrong at that point and what lead up to it.


One suggestion: HDClone considers some disks read only, if the NTFS file system on it is considered dirty or the NTFS jourrnal cannot be applied. This can usually be mended by running chkdsk on the disk in question.
