Informations about the order procedure


Common
This page gives you an overview about the the order- and payment modalities for ordering our products. Which one you can use precisely depends on the desired product and whether you live in Germany or in a country of the Euro-zone. In general we can offer postal delivery only for Germany or countries of the Euro-zone at the moment.

E-mail order
We also offer you a comfortable possibility to order via e-mail. Since we do not have any securities about the authenticity of the buyer, we can offer this possibility only with cash in advance. To do so, please fill out the related online form. After sending it, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. It also contains the our bank coordinates. Immediately after your payment has arrived we will send you the ordered product.

Order by fax or post
If you're not comfortable with ordering by e-mail, you can also download a special order form for each product on the according order page. Fill this out and send it back to us via fax or mail.

Cash in advance
The fastest and least complicated way is to order with cash in advance. If we detect the arrival of the money, your software package will be sent immediately. You can pay by bank transfer, by check or in cash. Bank transfers need our bank coordinates: Account 171 449 807, Postbank München (Germany), BLZ 700 100 80.

Credit cards
You can order fast and comfortable with your credit card via our service provider share*it!. They accept Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express, JCB, DinersClub, Switch and Solo. share*it! also prompts you to enter your customer data, so you do not have to use one of our order forms.
